Courtney Swain
Courtney Swain
Courtney Swain is a singer-songwriter based in Providence, RI. An eclectic musician, she has musical roots in classical piano mixed-up with a penchant for quirkier and heavier music.

Courtney fronts Bent Knee; a Boston-based rock band described by The Wall Street Journal as a "silo-smashing sextet [that] taps into chamber pop, industrial rock, metal and prog-rock. Featuring the versatile, ever-appealing voice of Courtney Swain, Bent Knee’s unique mix is equal parts ingenuity and deliciousness." The band's 4th album "Land Animal" was released in June 2017 from InsideOutMusic/Sony.

When Bent Knee is off the road, Courtney writes and performs as a solo artist and a collaborator. Reviewing her 2015 solo album Monstre, The New England Noise wrote, "powerful, melodious lead vocals vary from gentle and flexible to sweet and plaintive to snappy and tough, all hovering over dexterous keyboards with electronica swirls that shift between smooth tonal passages and discordant intervals." In her most recent collaboration with NY-based trio Childish Japes, Courtney contributed to the title track for the band's debut album "After You're Born" which premiered in Modern Drummer.

Snow White
Snow White
From the ever-expanding psychedelic music scene comes the entrancing Snow White. Blending elements of dream pop, glam rock, and jazz, they transcend beyond the classic traits of the psychedelic genre. As described by writer Sam Gehrke of Vortex Music Magazine, Snow White’s sound takes on an “…almost cinematic quality, finally blooming into what I can only describe as a psych-injected James Bond intro song on acid.”

Forming in Eugene, Oregon in the winter of 2014 they have since begun to carve out their unique place in psychedelia. They have sublimated Eugene's local music scene while sharing the stage with such acts as Dead Meadow, Mild High Club, La Luz, The Thermals, Summer Cannibals, Cherry Glazerr, The Sloths, and more. Sydney Zuelke of Eugene Weekly suggests, “As the band…solidifies its distinct sound, it’s bound to break through the Eugene barriers and onto something bigger.” This is exactly what Snow White plans to do, starting with the release of their first studio EP "Glitter." The first single from their EP is the dark and groovy tune called Pony Boy, an exploration into the darkness of unhealthy relationships and the exploitative nature of sex. Look out for the Glitter EP, coming this summer 2016.
