The Lambsbread
The Lambsbread
Based in the New England state of Vermont, Lambsbread is known throughout New England and the USA as one of the most solid and professional Reggae bands on the musical scene.
Founded by the brothers Bobby Hackney and Dannis Hackney (on bass and drums respectively), the Lambsbread sound is a tight and well nurtured blend of danceable Roots Reggae, soulful rhythm oriented grooves, and conscious lyrics from love songs to songs of uplifting vibes.
Reggae music connects with people of all ages and Lambsbread's music is enthusiastically received by every age group. With four CD releases to their credit, and an ever-growing catalog of original recorded music, Lambsbread continues to deliver an interesting blend of style and variety to live and studio performances.

Members also played in 4th Movement, Death (8) and RockFire Funk Express
Arkaingelle
Arkaingelle
Arkaingelle born in 1973 comes from Buxton, a village in the South American country of Guyana. Going to church from a young age with his grandparents helped influence his musical journey. Some of the artists that Arkaingelle has been inspired by are Burning Spear, Bob Marley, Culture, Midnite, Isreal Vibrations, Count Ozzie and the Mystic Revelation of Rastafari and countless others. His lyrics show an Afro-Caribbean influence combined with the spirituality of Rastafari, along with his energy prove that he is a musical force to be reckoned with.
For the past five year Arkaingelle has been spreading his music from New York to Seattle, Hawaii and throughout California. He has had the pleasure of opening for some well known reggae artists such as Tippa Irie, Prezident Brown, Lutan Fyah, Ras Attitude, Bambu Station, and Army. In 2008 Arkaingelle released his first album titled O’pen which has been well received by the reggae community. He toured throughout the California and Northwest promoting his new album. Arkaingelle performed at the Whole Earth Festival in Davis, CA and at the Sierra Nevada World Music Festival Pre-Show in the summer of 2008. In the fall of 2008 Arkaingelle was part of the Rooted in Inity Tour which included artists Blaak Lung and Ras Popo Ites from Brazil.
In 2009 Arkaingelle continued to spread his music by touring in South America. He spent most of his time in Salvador Bahia Brazil working with Ras Popo Ites, the Red Meditation Band and Ital Studios. One event was groundbreaking for Reggae music and the Rastafarian community in Bahia, since it was the first time a reggae band was permitted to perform at the Theatro do Irdeb. This show was also filmed and broadcasted live, so many of the locals who were not able to afford the show were still able to see this epic evening of roots music. Since returning from Brazil Arkaingelle is currently working on his second album, much to the excitement of his ever growing fan base. Look for the new album in the Fall/Winter of 2009.
